They took care of all the paperwork and explained everything very thoroughly. The entire process was painless and went exactly as they said, we received a few of the checks earlier than we expected. One of the checks had failed to arrive, an error on the state and nothing on their part, they then contacted the state and took care of everything. When the final check came it also was sooner than we had expected.

The process took no more than three months. They even kept me updated of the process via email. I was told that I would receive a check in about 2 to 4 months.
